- LLMS Elevate (com.leadsandlift.elevate): The field mobility app for sales reps, site engineers, technicians, and HR staff.
- LLMS Franchise Admin (com.leadsandlift.admin): The executive governance console for franchise directors, owners, and finance leads.
2. Personal & Operational Data We Collect
We collect only the data required to execute elevator engineering and management operations. All traffic is secured via TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.

3. Strict Location Handling Principles
The employee app requests foreground location permissions only when you explicitly tap to punch in attendance or log an on-site elevator survey. We do not track your device in the background and we do not monitor employee movements passively.
4. Zero Third-Party Advertising
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your company or client data. We do not integrate third-party ad networks or tracking trackers. Your records are strictly isolated by your companyId.
5. Data Retention & Right to Deletion
Operational records are preserved as legal business systems of record for your elevator company. You can request personal data removal or export at any time on our Account & Data Deletion Page or by emailing support@liftsales.in.
