Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your account and personal data from LLMS Elevate and LLMS Franchise Admin.

Accounts are provisioned by your company. Because there is no public sign‑up, deletion is handled as a verified request. We honour every valid request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@liftsales.in from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include your full name, the app you use (Elevate or Franchise Admin), and your company name so we can verify you.
  3. We verify the request with you (and, for employee accounts, confirm with your company administrator).
  4. We delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data and confirm by email — normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, address), profile photo, login credentials, device push tokens, and personal activity data. Business records your company is legally required to keep (e.g. invoices, tax and payroll records) may be retained by your company as the data controller, and/or anonymised so they are no longer linked to you.

Employee accounts

If your account was created by your employer, your company administrator can also deactivate or remove it directly from the admin console. You may contact them first; either route works.
