Leads and Lift ("we", "us", "our") builds business software for elevator & lift companies. This policy explains what personal data our mobile apps collect, why, how it is protected, and the choices you have. By using either app you agree to this policy.
1. Who this policy covers
- LLMS Elevate — the field app for sales, engineers, technicians, accounts and HR staff. collects location
- LLMS Franchise Admin — the console for franchise owners/administrators. collects financial records
2. Data we collect
We collect only what the apps need to function. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured servers.

3. How we use data
- App functionality — authenticating you, showing your role‑specific dashboard, saving leads, quotations, orders, service tickets, attendance and payroll records.
- Analytics — understanding feature usage and diagnosing crashes to improve reliability.
- Notifications — sending push notifications about approvals, tasks and updates (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Location, in detail
The employee app requests foreground location only, and only when you tap to mark attendance or log a site visit. We do not collect location in the background and we do not track you continuously. You can deny the permission; other features continue to work.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is visible only within your own company (strict multi‑tenant isolation). We use a small number of infrastructure providers strictly to run the service:
- Cloud hosting & database (to store your company's records).
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (to deliver push notifications).
These providers process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep records for as long as your company account is active. Data is stored (not processed ephemerally) because the apps are systems of record for your business.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page, or email support@liftsales.in. Because accounts are company‑owned, some records may be retained by your employer as required for their legitimate business or legal obligations.
6. Security
- All traffic encrypted in transit with TLS.
- Role‑based access control — each user only sees what their role permits.
- Multi‑tenant isolation — each company's data is logically separated; sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest.
7. Children
These are business applications not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period. For employee accounts, please also contact your company administrator.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
