1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LLMS Elevate, LLMS Franchise Admin, or our web portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an elevator company or franchise entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
2. Permitted Commercial Usage
LLMS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, multi-tenant license to utilize the software for elevator manufacturing, installation management, AMC servicing, GPS attendance, and customer billing. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of proprietary PDF generation logic is strictly prohibited.
3. Customer Data Sovereignty
You retain all right, title, and ownership of your client leads, quotation calculations, technical shaft drawings, and financial ledgers. We maintain continuous automated backups and strictly isolate your data from all other tenants.
4. Service Availability & Support
We target 99.9% uptime for cloud synchronization and PDF generation services. Enterprise support is available via support@liftsales.in.
